Homebound Visits:
Free home delivery of library materials to Alexandria residents who are

A rotating collection of books delivered to area retirement homes, nursing

Talking
Book Service:
A free service provided through Library of Congress for those with physical,
visual or learning disabilities. A doctor's signature is required when
applying for this service. Call 703-746-1760.
Ready, Set, Grow Program:
Serves children throughout the city by providing a library-style story time
and follow-on materials and activities to registered family child care homes,
child care centers and homeless shelters. Call 703-746-1740.
