Most items may be renewed twice; videos and DVDs are not renewable. Patrons may renew by calling a branch during open hours or by accessing their account online. Items on hold for other patrons cannot be renewed.
Fines, Service
Charges &
User Fees		 While all of the library's programs and most of our services are free, charges are required for certain services, replacement of lost items, or fines for overdue materials. Items accruing fines cannot be renewed if total fines exceed $10 on adult cards and $5 on children's cards.
Fines are calculated by the type of material checked out, regardless of whether the borrower is an adult or a child.
You may pay for fines with cash, personal check, or a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) at any Circulation Desk. You can also pay for fine by credit card online at My Account. Click here for more more information on how to pay by credit card.
Please note: beginning June 15, 2011, all accounts with delinquent fines and fees of $25 or more for 60 days are forwarded to Unique Management Services, Inc (Unique). A non-negotiable service fee of $10 is added to each delinquent account. Balances can be paid with cash, check, or credit card at any checkout desk or online with a credit card at My Account. If you have been contacted by Unique, please note that they will not report any patron account to a credit agency for at least 120 days after being forwarded the patron account.
