Wise Light Lunch Hour at Duncan Branch Library
We've all been there. We know sugar is not good for us, but we eat it any way, and then get on the roller-coaster of sugar cravings. During this free event at Duncan Branch Library at noon, Hilary Mughloo of Wise Light Wellness will teach you tips and tricks for getting off the craving caravan so you can kick the sugar blues to the curb.
