Named for the long-serving Library Director, the Ellen Coolidge Burke Branch reopened on March 4, 2002. View the floor plan developed by architects Murray & Associates for this new, full service branch.

Highlights of this new library are:

>> The upper level has library services for all ages with a separate children's area.
>> A glass enclosed stairwell and new elevator have been added to the present structure.
>> A 950 sq. ft meeting room for children's storytelling and other programs.
>> A computer training lab with 14 computers for word processing and Internet access.
>> Computers for access to the Library's reference resources and catalog.
>> Six additional computers exclusively for word processing.
>> Wireless Internet Access.
>> A collection of approximately 46,000 volumes.

World Short Story Discussion Group
This program features short stories written by world authors anthologized in Art of the Story (Library call # 808.8301 Art).
